Ms. Audrey Benediktson

May 16, 1936 - September 24, 2014

Audrey Benediktson of Priddis, Alberta died peacefully at the age of 78 years surrounded by family. Audrey is survived by her three children, Stephan R. (Betty) Benediktson, Susan R. (Marcelo) Abbiati and P. David (Jodi) Benediktson and grandchildren, Randi, Christopher, Tevin, Michael, Sofia and Delfina and many nieces and nephews in Canada and England. Audrey was predeceased by her two sisters- Irene and Phyllis and brother Leslie. Audrey was born in London, England on May 16, 1936 and came to Canada shortly after the war ended with her sister Phyllis. Audrey was a compassionate person who had a strong faith, and love of family. She was involved in many activities to help others and as a result she developed many friendships with people who loved and respected her. In addition to her family she enjoyed helping those in need, gardening, travel, her pets and her home in the country. The family thanks Careco, Agape Hospice and the many caregivers who helped her during this difficult time. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Anglican Church, Parish of Christ Church Millarville.
