Mr. Phillip Peter Schultz
July 24, 1933 - March 12, 2022
Mr. Phillip Schultz of High River, Alberta passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 12th at the age of 88. Phillip leaves to mourn his loving wife Lois of 68 years, their children Allan (Vie Vie), Gary (Robyn), Cathy, and Bruce (Bobbi); as well as nine grandchildren, Roy, Eric, Jeremy, Lindsey, Kelsey, Katy, Jaimie, Mikaeel, Hala; and 6 great-grandchildren. Phillip is predeceased by his father Peter Schultz, his mother Josephine Schultz, and his brother Ronald Schultz. Phillip is survived by his siblings Dorothy (Jim), Dale, and sister-in-law Mary Lou. Phillip was born and raised on the family farm at McTaggart, Sask. He met Lois in 1953 and moved to the farm where Allan and Gary were born in Weyburn, Sask. They left the farm which brother Ronald then took over. Phillip and Lois moved to Arcola, Sask. where Cathy was born. They were only there a year when Phillip got a job in Alberta running a grain elevator and later in the implement business in High River. Bruce was born and at last they settled down and raised their family. Lois got a job at Spitzee Elementary School as a secretary and spent 25 years there and loved it. Phillip went into real estate and drove the school bus for 17 years. When Phillip and Lois retired, they remained in High River where Phillip has enjoyed the community, his church, his grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren. A Private Family Mass will be held.
