Mr. Bradley "Brad" Todd Erskine

It is with great sadness that the family of Brad Erskine of High River, AB, announce his passing on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the age of 62 years. Brad was born April 22, 1963, to Doug and Bev Erskine of Vauxhall, AB. As a young boy he was very mischievous, always looking for the next "adventure" thus keeping his folks on their toes. While attending Vauxhall High School he worked for the Vauxhall Co-op and played hockey, winning a provincial title with his team. He later went on to the University of Lethbridge taking Business Management. Brad then moved to Calgary after University, working at various jobs in the city. He became a landlord when he purchased an apartment building which he had renovated and eventually sold to buy a house in High River. While in Calgary he met Pam Taylor and her young sons Jordan and Jesse. He convinced them to move out of the city, and they came out to High River with him. Shortly after they had another son, Sam born in 2001. Over the years Brad worked at a variety of management/sales jobs in High River, mostly in recycling and equipment rentals where he met a great deal of people. It was a great job for him as he liked to talk! Brad found a passion for camping when he bought a camper he called "Winnie", an old Winnebego. He loved to take Sam out camping and boating at Lake McGregor with a good bunch of friends that he had. Brad also liked to golf with friends from his new home and his old friends from Vauxhall. Brad and the boys were buddies and made a lot of memories along the way. The older boys have grown and ventured out while Sam was still in High River with Brad. We are all going to miss him terribly. RIP "Mooker" (nickname). Brad is survived by Sam, Jesse and Jordan Taylor; Dave (Dolly) Erskine and their children Stephanie (Matt) Emberley and Ryan Erskine; Deanna(Garry) Glas and their children Breanne (Chris) Shaw and children Ainsley and Madisyn; and Steve (Willeke) Glas and children Emersyn, Adalynn and Colton ; Kim Glas; Lara (Dallas) Higgs and children Jenessa Higgs (Bryce), Marissa Higgs, Lane Higgs , Kienna Higgs and Tanner (Chelsea) Higgs. Brad was predeceased by his parents Doug and Bev Erskine; grandparents, Norman and Hazel Erskine, and Fred and Liz Fellger; and numerous other family members. A Celebration of Brad's Life will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Heritage Inn (1104 11 Ave. SE, High River, AB) at 2:00 P.M.
